Water Treatment
INORGANIC WASTEWATER TREATMENT
For wastewater generated from plating,
alumite, pickling, painting, polishing, etching,
semiconductors, printed circuit boards, and
photography/printing processes.
Contaminants: Copper, cyanide, lead,
chromium, fluorine, etc
ORGANIC WASTEWATER TREATMENT
For wastewater generated from food processing, restaurants, oil containing, dyeing, painting, chemicals, fermentation, laundry, stockbreeding, leather, paper manufacturing, fibers, rendering, hospitals, building pit, domestic wastewater and so on.
Contaminants: Organic matter, nitrogen,phosphorus, oil, etc.
PURE WATER PRODUCTION
For the production of high-quality water required in industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, and food processing.
Processes: Groundwater filtration, ion exchange, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis (RO), and electrodeionization (EDI) to achieve the desired purity levels.
Gas Treatment
FLUE GAS DESULFURIZATION
Treats exhaust gases containing sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides emitted from power plants and factory boilers.
Systems: Spray scrubbers, MORETANA scrubbers, and NEOBRID scrubbers using lime, magnesium hydroxide, seawater, or caustic soda methods, as well as catalytic reduction systems for denitrification.
DEODORIZATION AND DUST REMOVAL
Removes odor components and dust generated from food factories and foundries to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Processes: Biological deodorization (Bio Fresher), combustion, and activated carbon adsorption for odor control; wet and electrostatic systems for dust removal.
HARMFUL GAS TREATMENT
Removes toxic gases such as cyanogen, chlorine, acid, and alkaline gases produced during manufacturing.
Systems: Compact MORETANA wet scrubbers that apply neutralization and chemical treatment methods.
